Carl A. Gotts, President of Gotts & Associates, first came to St. Croix with his wife Marti in 1988. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer and licensed USCG Boat Captain, Carl owns and operates his successful insurance agency in addition to Buyer’s Agent VI. An Exclusive Buyer’s real estate brokerage started to fill a void in the local real estate market of mostly seller’s agents. |

Carl is currently the Vice President of Community Affairs for the local Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Director of the Marine Corps Toys For Tots campaign and serves on the board of directors for CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates. |

Alan DeWolfe: It was 1999 when friends moved from Houston to St. Croix. After hearing wonderful things about the island, my wife Karen and I visited for a week. We couldn’t wait to come back. When a job opportunity surfaced, we jumped at the chance to move to paradise. Now, living the dream, we haven’t looked back. |
I’m Alan DeWolfe, and having lived in several other areas of the US, I will say none can compare with the beautiful island of St. Croix. St. Croix’s gracious people, great weather, and relaxed lifestyle create a feeling you just can’t find anywhere else. Having grown up in the Midwest City of Waterloo, Iowa, and still having family there, I appreciate the winter visits from family and friends and the emails telling us how cold it is or snowfall totals.
While finishing our “diamond in the rough” home on St. Croix’s Northshore, I had the opportunity to join Gotts and Associates Buyer’s Agent VI Real Estate. It has truly been a pleasure representing buyers in their search for a piece of Virgin Island paradise. Buyers appreciate my no-nonsense honest approach.
